| Nobody said it specifically, but the low level of workout mode automatically sets the "Liittle" modifier. That's why steps are missing. At least that's how it works on Ultramix. I went into the modifier list and little was set. However, if you try to change it on that difficulty, it automatically resets. haha... so you want to go to a harder level, then you should get all of the arrows. |

Calorie counters are infact NOT very accurate.
They are base upon on an average body type. If you are extremly lean you burn LESS kcal per hour than a large or Overwieght Person.
Crazy but true...its meant to be able to keep you alive. If some of you super lean skinny kids burned as much calories at any type of motion or movement as much as I do (i'm pretty big) you wouldn't be here breathin.
The best way really is to find a BMI calulator in the internet and start from there..age, muscle to fat ratio and weight all play a major factor in True Kcal expenditure. |
