Healing D Vision ... doesn't sound anything like Healing Vision or Angelic Mix ... steps ... don't match the song in some places ... the boost in the center of the song reminded me of Healing Vision a little though ... for the most part the steps reminded me of an ending to a max song (the consecutive jumps) Personally I think it's a bad effort at a Healing Vison remix and the steps ... have no clue where they came from ... frown.gif

I like how it sounds for the most part. 'Specially the gallop parts. I have really weird tastes (not just in music... 8D).

I really wanna try it, but (1) there's no SuperNova near me, and (2) I wouldn't be able to do the sped-up part. Maybe on Standard, but definitely not Heavy. frown.gif I suck, lol.

ehh well if anything, i'd say that the steps are a bit harder to deal with than the music itself. but then again, i actually like the song but those jumps can be a right pain in the arse.

on top of sounding horrible, the song has nothing to do with either healing vision song, the steps are horrible, and you dont even need to AA it to get OMES. a terrible extra stage.

Yeah, that dissapointed me. When I first heard the name, I said "Yay! A new Healing Vision remix! I can't wait! I am very excited and would not like to be dissapointed!". But Konami decided to be dissapointing. Too bad.

The song commentary for Healing-D-Vision asks that you not think of it as a remix of Healing Vision, oddly enough. Says something like trying to capture the essence of a difficult song, and the feeling of Healing Vision.

Where do you get this stuff, man?? E19.gif

Anyway, I could agree to that commentary. HDV certainly "feels" Healing Vision, but sounds nothing like either of its HV counterparts.

But come on, now. Naoki might as well give us at least ONE throwback melody. =/

Anyway, despite its lack of remix clarity, I like the way Healing D-Vision sounds. The way the song ends is interesting: an abrupt sound that comes from a television when a "fuzzy" screen comes up during a lack of a channel's signal. Perhaps it's not the best way to finish a song, but it's pretty cool anyway.

HDV's Heavy/Oni charts are okay to me. I like how they progressively get harder as you get farther into the song, and the progression seems to match the tempo of the song well. I'll admit they're kinda out there, but there's enough I like in them for me not to entirely hate them.

Yeah, that. Thanks.
It's about time I figured out the term for that. I always hated making a big description about it, heh.

I can't agree on that. Healing-D-Vision is probably one of my favorite songs musical-wise and stepwise. If you listen to the background synth, the song instantly becomes 10x more amazing. It isn't a remix of Healing Vision for those who think it is, it is a totally different song... but the title is what happens when Naoki runs of song titles.

Once Healing-D-Vision is unlockable, I will play it and it's amazing Challenge chart until I AAA it. And once I get SuperNOVA around here.

I agree partly with the above. It is not a remix. BUT I think it is a sequel, like A is to AA, and MAX 300 is to MAXX is to LOM is to Faxx.

As odd as this sounds, Qwerty has a point.

A and AA sound nothing alike, and Faxx and Max300 have no resemblance.

Personally? THe song isn't all THAT interesting, but it isn't terrible either. The steps are qunatized which basically makes me hate the chart. At LEAST they're actually hard, which is a plus.

No seriously, hard is a plus because DDR is usually laughably easy

Wow, when you put it that way, the song immediatly doesn't seem as big a dissapointment anymore. Good job beerchug.gif

Hey! That's a much better way to put it. But see here, AA sounds at least a LITTLE bit like A. But, I guess it could still be a sequel.

It sounds enough like A to make us all happy. It would've been nice though if it had some hardcore challenge chart though. That'd be awesome.

I heard that the best remix to Healing Vision is "Angelic Remix" from Dance with Intensity. What are you guys opinions or facts about that one?

it is.....seems faster and more challenging (a bit) but fun on heavy!
