You could get one of those new Bluesharks and then mod it to have a good bar. Because as far as I know, nothing comes with a good bar.

Don't some Blueshark models come with a bar? I know the TX bars are crap. Best bet is to build your own.

Get a hacksaw, go to your local arcade, saw off one of their bars, then weld it to a Blueshark. ;D
That was a joke, btw.

i was thinkin about buying a blueshark and going to home depot and buying iron bars and just drilling them into the blue shark and the screws would be as long as the pad itself and then be bolted on the other side

u think something like that would hold up?

I wouldn't drill them into the actual pad.
I'd probably build a base, and attach the bar to the base. Wouldn't want to ruin the pad if you screwed it up. And yes, the iron bars that you buy at home depot will hold up. Some of them are incredibly sturdy.

yes however the whole idea of building a base and then building a bar would be for square pads problem is a blueshark isnt square all the way around. the back part extends out giving it room to add a bar in the same location in the arcade

if i wanted to build a base around it i would have to bend the bars foward a little and that might be a problem

Guide to building a bar (Scroll down abput 16 posts)

The tutorial is meant to be built with a base, but you could tweak around with it to make it work with the Blueshark.

Sorry for the bump, but anyways, do you think if i get a blueshark w/bar i can add some of those materials in the tutorial to the bar it comes with? I don't want to make a WHOLE bar if i don't have to, but I will if i need to. And also, on the one w/o bar, what's under the back area where the bar would go? If there's not much I'll just construct a bar on top of that.
