DDR is an Asian product, and the community which built its initial popularity in California was Asian. That's why.

Haha, you should make a smiley limit. Make it so that in a certain post you can only have X smilies. I know you could do that with Invisionfree, so why not phpBB2? They're compatible and all, so uh - they might have the same options?
