Minor point: objectification is treating women as objects, as in you are only noticing their physical beauty without understanding that there's a real person with feelings there as well. Objectification is bad. Appreciating a woman's beauty is fine. It's the difference between a rude catcall and a genuine compliment. The catcall makes a woman feel bad that she happens to be pretty, while a compliment should make her feel good.

I imagine they'll pick pretty girls. After all, people like to look at attractive people, and if they're going to be doing demos then it's probably a useful way to get people interested.

I hope they expand it to different states if it goes well, I'd do it if it was in my area.

I'm hiring for a movie. I want an actor to play a role. I make a phone call to an agent and ask for an actor of any race/gender/age to play this role, because I'm trying to avoid being racist/sexist/age...ist(?).

The role was written for a teenage white girl and a black 80 year old man shows up.
