little help ddr fans

Well recently my redoctane ignition pad has become worse and worse in its condition, the responsiveness it once had has faded away. so of course I contact redoctane with my troubles. but they told me I never existed, according to them I never ordered. so theres no help there. of course I begin looking into the cobaltflux pads, but after haveing a bomb dropped on me by redoctane im worried about investing in another pad, too much $$$ for something like this to happen again, if someone could give me some advice, such as how cobaltflux is about these kinda things, or maybe im looking in the wrong direction for a new pad, the only places I know of are cobalt flux and redoctane.
