"PS>USB Converter" sticky

The simfiles forum should have an adapter sticky, for people who are having issues/questions/thoughts on the converters to play stepmania with a DDR pad. Just a thought because right now on page 1 there are 4 threads regarding it, more on page 2

When we first made the forum, I was told to get rid of the sticky we had originally. But I think having one now is a good idea, so thanks Phi for sticking.
