Help! I just bought and ignition 2.0 pad (I think its 2.0), and its been wonderful except for one thing. When i hit the diagonal arrows ( ) the dont just do it once. they repeatdly hit the arrow. Like the arrow will pulsate really fast. I dont play 6-panel mode, but this is really quite annoying when the heal or toe of your foot hits one by accident, and it might cause you to get a good or an almost because it goes so fast.

Is there anything I can do that does not involve take apart my pad? Thanks _________________

				Heya,

Sounds like a wiring issue. You may want to exchange the pad for another one if you purchased it within the last 60 days. If so, go here: http://www.redoctane.com/returns.html

Or, if you're in the Bay Area, stop on in and they'll exchange it for you right there. _________________

				| I had the exact same problem as you with an Ignition 2.0 pad. I thought my pad was defective at first, but I screwed around with it, and that's not the case. For some reason, these things are built so that holding down on the circle, triangle, (and presumably square and x buttons) causes a rapid-fire effect of the corresponding direction. This is very easy to fix. Simply go into the game options, and modify the controller settings so that the non-directional buttons do not register during gameplay. I forget what the option is called (it's name is something a little weird), but it's definitely there. Since I changed those settings, my Ignition pad has worked great. Oh God it's better than that MadCatz poopy. |

				| Let the record show that I typed did not type "MadCatz poopy," and instead typed "MadCatz sh-t," not knowing that board would censor my message. I am not a 12-year-old boy who finds use of the word "poopy" amusing. |
