Does Ex have any HERO song??... isnt it on the 4th mix, but maybe i missed it somehwere... someone please help me out thanks

No. It's kinda sad actually that the 4th mix selection lacks a good amount of licensed songs, since most of them were pretty good.

I thought 4th just had Hero (happy grandale mix) and Hero (disco mix). i'm not sure about the original Hero though.
