I like it. While it never surpasses the godliness of the Solo2000 nonstop, it holds it's own. Colors (for Extreme) --> Tears --> Aoi Shidou (Blue Impulse) --> Vanity Angel --> Memories is an awesome set.

It's too bad though, that there were NO REMIXES only extended mixes. E2.gif

If you want a real Bemani Soundtrack winner, order Guitar Freaks & Drummania Best Tracks. Long versions of Wake Me Up and Breakdown! YES PLIS!

Not quite sure if this matters all that much, but if you'll recall, the 2nd mix soundtrack had a low number of songs, and even less on the megamix (only doing 1 version of multiple version songs: Put Your Faith In Me, Paranoia, etc...) This left the megamix with even less songs then the already brief OST. However, the megamix turned out to be wonderfull, with up to 3 minutes worth of each song (sans paranoia). I am keeping my hopes up for the Extreme soundtrack.

The only songs that reach the 3:00 minute mark are the Dancemania songs. And Senorita (Speedy Mix) isn't even that...it doesn't even loop. E2.gif

The KO's are all about 2:00. With no remixing whatsoever, just an added loop somewhere in the midst. bag isn't extended, though. And I don't think Burnin' The Floor (Momo Mix) is either.

If you're a fan of awesome mixing and extended (REALLY extended mixes) of DDR songs, buy 2nd, 3rd or Solo2000 OSTs. Extreme's isn't all that great, unless you just have to own it. Which I do, since Vanity Angel, Memories, Tears and Dance Dance Revolution are on it. biggrin.gif

I just got my copy of Extreme OST. And while I still like 3rd and 6th better, I thought it was pretty good (although bag seemed to be inserted randomly, with no mixing in or out whatsoever), and a few of the songs were kind of so-so mixed, but the overall soundtrack was pretty good, IMO

Like I said here you may only have about 30 songs, but that just means that the songs will be longer. (Extended Vanity Angel remix anyone?)

With the Nonstops on 4th, 5th and MAX2 having the most songs, they also have the shortest edits of their songs, MAX2's aren't even remixed, they're just the same songs from disc one (minus a few) kinda thrown together.

Extreme's Nonstop should be pretty good. I mean, look at MAX's OST, and it only had about 35. And it was awesome.

For those wanting to order online, try http://www.cdjapan.co.jp

do NOT do CDjapan because it said "4-8 business days" and it took me 3 weeks and it wasn't low in supplier stock. Try here

It's a little hard to navigate but once you get used to it, it's really cool.

You do realize he ordered that thing 2 years ago right. There wasn't really a point to bumping the topic 2 years to tell him that.

And yeah the solo2000 soundtrack is better.
