I say you're good when you don't look at someone and go "O.O WOW!", and instead have people doing that to you.

Really, skill is in the eye of the beholder. Some people think I am godly at DDR, when I just B and A most Standard songs and fail most Heavies...

Unless you're speaking national tournaments, there is no way to decide who is 'good'.
