What does DDR mean to you?

Um, to me, I put a lot of stock in it. It helps me be more social, more active, more healthy, and it just gets me out of the house for a couple of hours every other day or so.

Just kidding, it's just a form of exercise that I really enjoy doing to the tune of catchy beats.

"DDR: My Anti Drug..."

Well, it started out as a game to me. And even though it still IS a game, it also became competition as I got better and have began to compete in more and more tournaments. It's deffinately a way that I relieve my stress and am able to just have a good time. When the arrows go and the music starts my mind clears and I am no longer burdened with college and everyday drama. It became a way that I have met some of my closest friends and some of the coolest people to hang out with. Also, I quit smoking recently and the main vent that I had was DDR. Instead of reaching for a cigarette I went and played DDR, now I'm smoke free!!!

I think that DDR is a sport that brings people of all races and personalities together. its a really fun game and i hope they keep making more versions of it

DDR to me. Definatly a stress reliever but at the same time it creates stress. If I'm really into beating this song and I fail of course I'm gonna be like OMG NOOOO!!!1! but thats very rare because I'm use to failing some songs. That was back in the day when I was new. Friendships also. I've meet a bunch of friends (very very VERY few enemies). Oh yeah and also the fact that I came in 2nd in a DDR tourni. Cuz you know thats like... yeah.
