Broken Sensor

The left sensor on my RedOctane Metal Pad is completely shot. How might I go about finding a replacement one? The pad is less then a year old and has been like this for several weeks now. This is my only good pad (others are crappy 20 dollar ones that won't stay in one spot for more then 3 steps) and haven't been able to get in any DDR. My skills are slipping! Someone help!

Just open the pad and replace the foil tape under the broken sensor.I know i answered that question here somewere http://www.ddrfreak.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=56040&start=0

It's not the foil. The entire sensor is dead.
