Could any one give me any advice on how to get triple AAA'S on standard???
I've already read the article about it on this site but i still need some help.
And please not just "practice practice practice" because i am about to order a BNS dx and DDRMAX2 in 2 days.
Well thanks in advance. |

what do you want, a magic spell? sorry kid, there's no way to get AAA except for practicing the song that you want to get an AAA on over and over and over again. _________________

If you're (relatively) new to DDR (which, no offense, it sounds like you are), don't expect to be able to get AAAs right away. And furthermore, don't think that the only point in playing DDR is for the AAAs. If you play that way you're going to lose interest really fast as soon as you discover how "easy" it is. If you want to make your investment more worth it, either play for fun, or build up your skills in all aspects before trying to tackle the AAAs. I got my first AAA on light 4 months after I started playing, and I regularly play on (and enjoy Heavy). _________________

For the love of everyone else in the arcade with you, DON'T play the same song 23948732040238403204 times to try and get a AAA. Everyone will just end up hating you because you subjected them to a song a gazillion times that they USED to like. Keep playing all the songs, working on trying to pass/get higher scores on the harder songs, and work on your PA with the easier songs. AAAs will come in time. _________________

i think you're contradicting yourself.
you're not new to ddr, yet you can't figure out that AAA = all perfects? _________________

ah, don't make fun of him guys, there was a time like that for all of us...
the stages of ddr skill go as follows:
1. noob
2. noob denial (which our friend here appears to be in)
3. non-noob
4. standard
5. pretty good a.k.a. i think i'm better than i really am
6. heavy
7. demi-god
8. god-like
9. insanely god-like
10. konami executive
it is easy to get stuck somewhere between 2 and 3 when you are first starting to play, but props to ya'all for sticking it out to the finish
but then again, sorry ddrwannabbe but your sn and your question suggest that you are at least slightly newbish. you said in your question that you wanted advice on how to get a "AAA" not the recquirements to get it, then later you tried to cover that up by saying you meant the latter over the former... a bit fishy i think... i may be wrong though, i don't really believe in stereotypes myself (even though i made this list...) so for all i know you could be far better then you seem. well whatever... figure it out
peace out guys |

Don't get goods. While goods are good, goods are NOT good for an AAA. |

I agree. I actually used to enjoy playing and listening to Cartoon Heroes and Daikenkai, until everyone raped those songs to death...I remember one guy tried to AAA Celebrate Nite Remix and played it on every friggin stage, every friggin game. _________________

I'm about a 6 on ddrfan163's little scale. Konami executives are old and weak, not 10's. Take and Yasu are.
