Which pop n music should i buy for my ps2?

hello there ppl. i was wondering which out of these would be the best pop n music version to buy for my ps2 popn 7th mix, popn 8th mix, popn 9th mix, or popn best hits. which one has better songs and such

I'm going to go with Pop'n 8.

I've heard the Pop'n 9 soundtrack, and it only has a few stand out songs that I love. The rest seem kinda bland, but then, I heard it after listening to Pop'n 10 so go fig.

Best Hits has a great selection, but the number of songs pales in comparison to 8 or 9.

Pop'n 8 has all those cool crossover songs (Mambo a GoGo and beatmania) plus my personal favorites of all of Pop'n. (Love^2 Sugar, Stars***, Can't Stop My Love, Over the Night, 777...etc.) And it has quite a few songs from CS 6 and 7.

Ive found that listening to the soundtracks really doesnt help in deciding what Bemani to get. It all depends on the pattern and how fun the song is. Songs I hated on the soundtrack, I loved playing in the game.

With that that in mind I choose 9, I have both 8 and 9 and after the newness of 9 ran out and I tried to play 8 again, I could only find a few songs in 8 I really liked. I only played 8 for a month so Im not tired of the songs. 9 to me just has alot more songs that stand out and are fun to play. 8 for me only has a few.

I find myself playing 30-70 different songs at a time when I'm playing 8, versus about 15 when I play 9, and about 10 when I play 7.

8 is awesome.
