Hi

Whilst we are on the mood for changing errors in forum properties. I have noticed Spikes annoncement Here... Maybe it would be wise to edit out the Antartica bit. This might encorage people not to make joke threads.

I don't think I understand what you're trying to say. He said that joke threads such as the DDR Antarctica thread aren't funny and people that continue to make such threads will be more warned. Maybe you misread something. Or something.

I believe what he is saying is that people read the "joke" in the forum description, and think it would be funny to make their own "joke."

Funny the first time. The 2930580395890235 time...not so much. That's why I made the announcement.

It's because people don't know when to leave a good enough joke alone.

Yes, the point is, the "joke" is that it says Antarctica. The "joke" ends when people start making "official Antarctica threads."

Going one step too far makes it unfunny =/

I agree.... but I suppose you gotta expect someone to make an Antartica thread in attemp to be funny.
