Best DDR metal pad for home?

im lookin to buy my own set of pads for my house but every pad looks the same...i figured people out here would already have some experience on them and the main things im lookin for is...

1. How well the sensitivity is
2. Sound when playin on it
3. Will work well on a TILE floor
4. Can play with shoes on
5. A warrenty incase it would ever break
6. duribility

if anyone has experience and has these types of pads im lookin for can u post the link on where you got them from? thank you

Cobalt Flux can cover all of those things and more. Of course, it is $675 for the Doubles Pack (after shipping).

But, it is the best, as you will probably see by looking around on the metal pad sticky. Also, this pad looks very different from other pads, so I'm wondering if you have ever seen it.
