Hard Pad Topic

Has anyone used these pads? http://cyphergames.com/50501018a.html They are not the ones with the swirly circle buttons. Anyways, what I wanted to know is the following: Do they play at all like the arcade?

Cypher Games pads a crappy. I had two cheap pads made by them. Broke faster than a bubble in a needle factory.
