I've sent email on three different occasions to one or more of the address on the 'Contact Us' page, but never get a reply. Why?

Also, how about putting up pictures on the site of the different machines mentioned on DDR Freak?

I am sure a vast majority of the machines look awfully similar.

...except for a few pictures I've seen down under.
