Since there's another topic like this, I thought I'd start one that welcomes any DWI! But remember: ONLY DWI SCORES! No Stepmania scores. They have different scoring systems.
I'll start it off.
I have more to come.

Do you mean perfect window, because the scoring in DWI and SM are the same as DDRMAX2-EX

Yes. And also, I'd just like to see the DWI players here. Since DWI was here before Stepmania.
Here's some more I got today!
I am so glad I got this on my first try... I really don't want to go through this song again..

I present to you a challenge... Try to AAA, "Don't Clock Me". This song is a butt to AAA. As you can see, on the 3rd to last double, I missed one... Even worse than getting a great. So yeah.. show me a pic of an AAA of it. It may not be hard for you, but this fricken song will not co-operate! |

The DWI default PA timings are way too lenient.
For my normal settings, I decrease the "perfect" window by 15 ms and everything else by 20 ms, and that seems much more realistic to me.

As close to a AAA I'll ever get. The Miss was because my comp lagged... still makes me angry.
A couple quick questions too...
1. What's the difference between "Classic" and having no modifier?
2. What's something I can use to make .png files for banners, bgs, and profiles?

mine is set to what Tam described to me as arcade settings.
I have too many AAAs to post. Also, I don't have the pictures.

1. I've been bugging SimWolf about making real arrows true to DDR. So, the, "classic" option is to use the old arrow set that DWI had.
2. Any imaging program will do. I use Paint Shop Pro.

Well, John (BeMaNiRuler) is my friend, so I got it from him. I believe you can get it somewhere... either DDRManiaX or Bemanistyle! |

Activate it or put it in?
You make a folder in the skins folder called, "DWIEXTREME" and put all the images in there.
To activate it, go into DWI, go to Options, then Skins (or something) and select it. |

i have. however the folder itself doesn't seem to be as complex as the default. basically, it has the skin images for ddrextreme, but even if i followed what u'd said, it still doesn't work...

well, it's not impossible. If my file wasn't fucked up i'm sure I'd have it AAAed as well. TLoM is harder, and I AAAed that.
You just have to trust that it wasn't done in AutoPlay Mode. Anyone that uses AutoPlay mode and claims they have AAAed the song deserves a beating.
Here's my most recent Doubles Accomplishment. It's no AAA but it's noteworthy, that's for damn sure.
