Following are the rules for this Marketplace forum. By posting on this forum, reading other threads on this forum, basing a transactional decision on the information obtained from this forum, or otherwise utilizing this forum, you agree to be bound by these rules.

DDR FREAK SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY ANY TRANSACTION. ALL TRANSACTIONS MUST BE MADE AT BUYERS' AND SELLERS' DISCRETION.
This forum is provided as a convenience to users of DDR Freak. DDR Freak does not endorse any items advertised here, unless expressly indicated by a DDR Freak administrator.
All items advertised should be of personal nature; i.e. the seller must have bought them originally for personal usage.
Only the selling of tangible goods is allowed. Buying or selling of services (such as a mod-chip installing service) are not permitted.
Only BEMANI and music-game-related items are permitted.
Commercial usage of any nature of this board is strictly prohibited. Commercial sellers should contact the webmaster about advertisement and partnership programs available.
It is prohibited to sell or ask for illegal items, including but not limited to bootleg upgrade kits, game CDs or other copyright-infringing materials. Any violation will result in an account ban from DDR Freak, and may trigger legal actions.
No tokens or other types of credits used at gaming establishments can be advertised or sold on this forum. This includes but is not limited to: tokens, cards for Dave and Busters and GameWorks, or gift certificates for these types of establishments.
Each item must be listed in only one thread. A number of identical items must be listed in one thread as well.
The first post of the thread should contain detailed description of the item(s) being sold/wanted and the price being asked. Negotiable price, also known as `OBO (or best offer)' is allowed, but it is prohibited to use this forum for price negotiation; use PM or e-mail for that purpose. A post simply saying "DDR for sale, PM for details" is not acceptable and will likely be locked. People will know to PM you if they have questions.
Questions and answers about the item should be made as replies to the thread for the item.
Bumping up an old item just to bring them back in attention is allowed only when the transaction has not been completed for at least 30 days from the original post or the last bump, whichever is later.
If the item has been sold, the seller must post a reply indicating as such, marking the thread as `completed'. The DDR Freak Staff may lock completed threads. You can also lock your own thread -- see rampage's announcement for details.
Do not piggy-back on to someone else's "wanted" post saying "i want this too". Make your own post.
Auctioning is prohibited. A single thread pointing to an auction item on other websites (such as eBay) is allowed.
Thread `hijacking' (i.e. series of off-topic replies unrelated to the item being sold/asked for) is strictly prohibited.
Do not reply to a poster's thread trying to sell a similar item for a lower price. Start a seperate thread. See also "Thread `hijacking'".
Make your topics clear and concise. State if you are a buyer or seller, and describe the item being sold as clearly as possible in the topic.
All the general forum rules of DDR Freak also apply.

Any violation of these rules is a warnable offense.

DDR Freak reserves the right to lock or remove, at its discretion, any post or thread that is found to be incompliant with the rules or otherwise unacceptable

DDR Freak reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
