This thread is now the official (read: only) thread for posting where you've seen DDR. Whether it's on TV, in comic books, or in the newspaper, put it here.

And "I saw it at the arcade" is not a witty answer at all.

*NEW FEATURE!* Post if you have heard DDR (songs) in public here too!

All right, I've found a DDR sighting on TV, and I'm currently at the TV station's site. Unfortunately, the menu bar is a Flash applet with Chinese text, which my computer doesn't support, so I'm currently stumbling around the site.

I was at XS-Orlando about a week ago, and they had cameras set up recording people on the 5th mix machine. I talked to the people behind the cameras, and they told me they were filming for a music video.

The Max2 machine is right next to the 5th mix machine, they took my name down just incase I was recorded.

Hahaha... in my opinion, ddr was destroyed on rugrats, i was laughing my ass off.

1st appearance: They had a rip off picture of the pad, the nine panel with 4 arrows ect.. and the arrows lit up, In the background there was cheesy rugrats attempt at techno, and there were groups of people all dancing ritually around it, even the token guy, which the babies' bb siter had the hots for.
2nd appearance: More respectable one, they had a guy dancing on a pad in the bg, with arrows going up and flashing colors, no bar, it was still very funny to watch.

I think it was hillarious to see everyone in the arcade dancing as one all staring at the screen. Made me lose all respect for you ddr players, J.K.

I saw ddr on Lizzie Maguire on Disney (OMG HILARY DUFF IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! E4.gif ). She was at a local arcade and golf center with her brother and they were handcuffed together for some reason (i missed the beginning). As they were there playing differnet games, they hopped on a machine that was obviously ddr but modified so Disney would not have to pay the fees for using DDR on tv. But it was obviously a ddr machine and Matt was looking purty stupid on it dragging Lizzie all over the place.

P.S. LONG LIVE HILARY DUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! E1.gif

I'm gonna see if I can get the local newspaper to do a report on it. Might even write an article for the school newspaper.

I saw DDR USA on the disney show, "Even Stevens" a while ago. It was the episode where they all did community service and where Louis had to stay on the bed for a long time or something. When they were at Funtasia, I saw a ddr machine in the background.

1st Appearance: Two asian girls were playing in the background, they were doing standard i think..

2nd Appearance: Tani and Zack were playing but what they were doing didn't make any sense.
