A few questions about bpm

I have been working on stepping the entire Killer Instinct 1 and 2 sound tracks, but I'm having a few problems with some songs. I use mix miester for finding the bpm, but my question is...is there a program that can show you EVERY bpm change in the song? Even when I put the song into audacity and cut the rest of the song out so just that bpm part that changes is left, some songs still do not come out accurate because there must be many bpm changes through out the song. I'd like to know how you guys deal with so many little bpm changes through out a song when stepping something. I'd really like to finish this pack of songs. : )
