Hey, Mac cigarette here.

I'm interested in investing up to $500 on a decent home set up on my Mac running OSX obviously. I wanted to know if anyone had any experiences hooking a CF (or comparable pad) to a Mac and using it in conjunction with Stepmania. What would an ideal set up look like? Are there any issues/patches/pieces of hardware that I should need/avoid because I'm using a Mac? Also... I'm not married to the CF in any way. Is there a better hard pad that anyone would recommend? I play some bar, am at passing level 13+, and would probably fashion some kind of bar out of wood and metal to be used in conjunction with any hardware that I'd buy. Thanks for your input.
