Konami is doing that as well as other games like Silent Hill too. I'm kinda curious on how much they plan on charging.

I just bought the game after playing the demo. As other people said, the graphics are sweet.
Game play:
The player plays with their thumbs on a "dance mat" at the bottom of the screen while arrows come up the screen, just like normal DDR.

Also, just like every other version, if you don't touch the screen it will show you a demo. It also shows a warning on how to play it "safely" not dropping the iphone, etc. (hilarity!)

Shake mode is where you shake the iTouch/iPhone in accordance with the arrows (shake it to the right for the right arrow, left for left arrow, etc.). I found this a bit difficult to master, and I still don't have a good grasp on how to do it, but it's pretty fun. It seems (by reading the How to Play in the game) that this was made to be played on your feet, especially the jumping part.

Main Screen:
Game Mode
Shake Mode
Training Mode
Records
Options
Information
Tutorial Demo
Touch KONAMI (a link to their website)

Starting Song list:
After the Game of Love / NPD3
Flowers / Terra
True<3Love / jun feat. Schanita
Beautiful Inside(Cube::Hard Mix) / NM feat. Alison wade
Mess With My Emotions / Latenighter
escape / U1 & Krystal B
Into Your Heart (Ruffage remix) / NAOKI feat. Yasmine
Brilliant 2U / NAOKI
SABER WING / TAG
A Geisha's dream / NAOKI feat. SMILE.dk

As you continue you unlock more songs and playable characters.

Draw backs:
The foot rating systems seems to be a different from the cabinet and other console games of DDR.

No Mods. EDIT: There are mods! I don't know how to access them on the standard gameplay but on the course modes (like challenge) you can select options.

I take issue with dance mat, it seems there's not enough room on the screen for it and the arrows, and I also had trouble with timing and figuring out where to put my fingers, although I think I'll get used to that with time.

Also, a few times I experienced a small lag (a hiccup almost) but I assume that's normal for a game on a handheld like this. It didn't really seem to affect gameplay either.

But seriously, this game is definitely worth $6.99. I freaking love it. It gets a 5/5 in my book.
