we might see them whore R3, Sakura, Daikenkai, A, Xepher

Yeah, but everyone whores out Xepher. Most of the new players I've seen play Speed Over and I Do. Which isn't an insult so much as an observation.

But yeah. The maintenance alone would cost a large amount of money. Money that isn't being spent on basketballs, or volleyballs, or new baseball/tennis/badminton equipment. .

So unless it's a really cheap cabinet ( since I think that would be the easiest thing to maintain and keep replacement costs down ), I don't understand how schools are going to afford this, or would want to.

no kidding, Cleveland is noted as one of the fattest cities.

And I don't think fatty nerds (no offence) will actually play "basketball and football."

Exercise should be for us nerds and jocks.

O_O I'm not the only one who calls it didder?

I tried to get my gym teacher to buy a Solo machine I found for a decent $2,000. I figured he wouldn't need something fancy like an Extreme or SuperNOVA and the price wasn't bad. But he was like hurhur no I'm going to get a ghetto version of DDR that happens to have arrows but isn't the real thing and isn't a machine.

I call it didler </off topic> I find Solo Machine pads to be really shitty. :\ that's just me. I was fine with it when I was a beginner but it's pretty.

Side note to this We're known to be the fattest country alive. :\

This kinda reminds me of how my local community college introduced a Game Programming degree after I left. Ah well, UCM (my current school) has an Extreme in the union, which is across the street from my dorm.

I hear UC Irvine has a DDR machine. I don't really plan on going there, but I'd go just to play DDR...

*I hope this idea hits my school...* I've been thinking about starting a DDR club at my school...

E13.gif I frickin' love DDR!!! I started playing like...3 or 4 years ago and it's the funnest thing ever. My mom thought I was crazy because one time I spunt 50 dollars playing DDR at the mall. But I just love it that much. I would probably have a heart attack if my school had DDR instead of regular P.E. I really think that EVERY SCHOOL IN THE US should have a DDR machine in their school. It would be quite an improvement.
