I was just wondering... do you think this game exists at all in Japan? As in, has anyone in Japan ever imported it from America, either for Playstation 2 or for the arcade?

I know that DDR isn't really as big in Japan as it used to be (due in most part to the plethora of more challenging music games there), but I think it'd be strange (albeit understandable) if they haven't even heard of this upstart American company trying to one-up the music game behemoth with its own take on the beloved stepping-on-arrows formula.

Besides, I'd sure like to see how guys like Yasu deal with Pandemonium, if they've never played it before. E15.gif

I believe some people in Japan have imported it. I heard Yasu also loved Xuxa a lot.

Let's add to the Yasu Plays In the Groove Urban Legend!

If I remember right, someone who knew Yasu said that while Yasu thought some of the stuff was "insane", he could actually do it fine. note that I have no idea what kind of score "fine" entails.

Even though Yasu hasn't played didder in like...5 years...he's still one of the best players in the world...I think.

I did hear that he had trouble with mines. Which seems funny.

I highly doubt someone who plays only with his toes can do songs like Pandy or half the ITG 12's.

Who doesn't have trouble with mines? Infection owns me (hard mine placement).

You can pass 12's and 13's on your toes, it's just not smart.

I passed many high end songs on toes before I realized how much energy I was wasting.

Playing on your toes takes more energy?

Whats so hard about 12s? I've been playing for a year and I can do almost all the 12s but still can't AA max 300. Yasu can AAA max 300 with ease, shouldn't take him that long to get into 12s.
