Playing SM on PS2?

Is this possible? I recently got a swapmagic cd which lets me play burned games, so I'm wondering if this could apply to the stepmania program.

To my knowledge, you can't play stepmania on the PS2. However, you can modify the In the Groove game disk to play stepmania songs on the PS2.

this gets asked once a month...

i can't verify...but rumor is that you can burn SM LINUX onto a dvd, and get a modchip for ps2 that can play SM LINUX on the system...cant confirm, but ive heard of attempts to do so...try the search feature and see what comes up
