I know how to do the percentages, whatever, but how do you make the result screen display the actual ITG grade (****,***,**,*,S+,S,S-, etc.) as opposed to the DDR grade using the ITG graphics?

I think that you have to open StepMania.ini in the SM Tools and Main Menu. Then you can change timings and maybe the grade requirements.

Look in your stepmania.ini and change the "grade percentage tiers" values to these

GradePercentTier14=0.640000
GradePercentTier15=0.600000

GradePercentTier17=-1000.000000
GradePercentTier18=0.000000
GradePercentTier19=0.000000
GradePercentTier20=0.000000


but you must have a theme that grades with with ITG grades.
