4 finger keyboard setup for Stepmania

Does somebody know what that is? From the Over the Frail Dream songs, and probably others, there are those ones with like jumps in the middle of 200 bpm streams of 16ths like "I am Maid" and I looked at the description for one of the songs, and it said "4 FINGER SETUP ONLY" or something like that. And something called indexing on the homepage in Exige's songs was mentioned in the Exige's Essay. Am I missing something, is there a keyboard configuration that I am missing to do those songs that look near impossible (not talking about DATA DRAIN OR HENTAI SWEDVIPE) but like I am Maid. The ones with jumps in the middle of REALLY fast streams? Not just I am Maid, but lots of others too.

well indexing is when you use only you're index fingers, and 4-finger is when you use four fingers, very complicated stuff. and i am maid is easily passable on index.

My spread is D, F, J, K, wherein the letters correspond to the directions in that order. I use my index and middle fingers for it. I'm a Maid can go die. It sounds like ass garbage and the chart is nothing special.

I see how I am Maid is possible, I guess im just not very good. But anyway, INDEXING IT, (I already knew what that was, sorry I didn't mention it) but indexing it kinda sounds pretty hard. I would like a video of that. But I play with the directional arrows with my left hand, and the numbers to the right of that as 8=up, 6=right, 4=left, 2=down, on my right hand. At least, thats where it is on my keyboard. And I see how I am Maid is possible, but does anyone have any tips for doing those annoying jumps in the middle of those 16th streams. Like in Ageha, and Accelerated Sorrow, and many other 15 footers. Thanks for the info though.

Sorry, but my internet wasn't up, so I couldnt post for a while

Edit: Ageha is a 12, and I mean the beginning of Accelerated Sorrow. And also, I found out what indexing was AFTER I posted, but I couldn't get my internet up until today.
