We just got a RO ignition pad and for some reason the back arrow isn't responding,and there's delay on all of the others.Is this normal? My grades went from AA's on 9's to failing.

The sensors are probably beginning to stick. If the pad is a new one, I would see if you can trade it in for another. If it's an older one, I'd say it's starting to show signs of wear and tear.
