Any further info on these pads? I'm going to order either a pair of CF or a pair of these in the next couple days. Only reason I'm not going with CF for sure is will be attached to PC not console and worried about interface/lag.

Would love a first hand report, post if any info, please!

I also purchased one of these (8 blueshark foot sensors).
I purchased 8 foot sensors becasue thought that I can use 8 foot sensors like the picture.

This is the DDR Solo Arcade Machine style!.

I need to study 2nd picture so that I can build my own metal pad with DDR Solo Arcade Machine style. E4.gif

When I receive the sensors, I will let you know the quality! riiight.gif

Has anyone tried the soft Blue Shark pads from mymybox? Are they better than the ones that are below them, at least to justify spending 20 or 30 bucks more on it?

This is a thread for the "BlueShark" metal pad, don't post other pads in here.
If you want to post the soft Blue Shark pads, go to BlueShark Deluxe Pad & BlueShark Xpert Pad forum

Those sensors will never work with a tx series, ever.

The design is 12739182739% different. It would be considerably easier to start from scratch.

Arcade pads are wired differently than the home pads, you'd be better off checking in the homemade metal pad thread.

If you can get the arcade manager to allow you to plug those sensors into an actual arcade machine and test them however, that'd be swell.

I received the 8 sensors today. I did not have a time to go to arcade yet. If I can test these sensors on the arcade machine, I will let you know.

Those sensors might work with TX Series, but it seems that you need to do lots of modification.

The problem isnt the electronics, its that the sensors from MMB are about .5" tall and there is 0 space under the arrows of a TX series.
Electronics wise its easy, cut and solder 2 wires, wooo
Its just the support isnt there.

I am also working on my metal pad too like you.

I bought 8 sensors . now I am preparing parts to make arcade style metal pad with my old metal pad.

This is my project: Real Arcade Metal pad with ARCADE FOOT SENSORS.

I will send you more information and update on my website too so that you can take a look at it.

Mine hasn't been shipped yet either. Wonder when it's going to happen seeing as how it was supposed to ship on Nov. 22.

Has anyone even gotten notification of shipping yet?
