drummania cleaning/maintenence FAQ request

I've been using this site and FAQ's such as http://www.indyddr.com/features/stage.htm to clean and maintain my ddr machine. Recently my drummania (and to a lesser extent guitar freaks) have been showing some symptoms of heavy use and I was wondering if simular guides on the care, maintenence and cleaning of these two games existed somewhere. I've searched this site and the internet with no help.

failing that, is there anyone who frequents these boards whom i could send a PM to for a guide in how to replace a bass pedal on a drummania machine?
