Play it on Shuffle.
You can't guarantee that will make it harder, as it's not always the same.

This thread is missing:
Mugen 10 -> 8 (from first SN beta to final version; light/standard were downgraded from 8s)
A few others changed slightly from SN beta to final version. I know Innocence of Silence went from 7 -> 8
Flow (Jammin Ragga Mix) 8 -> 9 (SN home ver to SN2 beta)
Healing-D-Vision heavy 9 -> 10 (SN release to SN patched)
Sky High (DJ Miko) 6 -> 7 (Solo to Extreme)

Am I the only one who remembers that up until MAX2 AC, that Drop Out was an 8?

^^It's not still? I thought that it's always been an 8.

I'm pretty sure Shuffle is constant... Whenever I've played So Deep on Shuffle (many more times than once, yes) there have been many of the same patterns of pivots, and I remember that the jump at the end is always the same.

It's a 9 in Extreme US, that much I remember.

I think they've all been mentioned.

I don't think Shuffle is constant, because in Battle Mode, each player has a different set of arrows.

It must not be constant in regular play if it can come up with multiple patterns.

Other SuperNOVA Beta to final changes:
Mugen Basic was an 8.
Mugen Difficult was an 8.
Mugen Expert was a 10.
Dragon Blade Difficult was, I believe, an 8.

Was INNOCENCE OF SILENCE ever a 7? Was Fly away ever an 8? I know voiddd listed them as such at some point, but I generally figured they were erroneous listings since I have never seen a screenshot of either song a 7 or 8 (respectively). I always figured, since they kept changing, voiddd was just getting erroneous information and updating with corrections (I know Fly away went from 7 to 8 to 7 a few times).

EDIT: Shuffle is very predictable, in a way. It picks either Left, Right, or Mirror, and you play that. It doesn't Super Shuffle the steps; the same configuration is kept, just you'll likely have to face another direction.

Battle Mode gives Left and Right to the left and right players respectively for the sole purpose that A) the stepcharts are unfamiliar and B) neither player can look off the other's screen for assistance.

Arctic Wolves, yeah, I missed your post. I guess I forgot it amongst all of these posts arguing over So Deep E1.gif

I found a video from ATEI. Innocence of Silence was a 7, Ska Ska No.3 was a 7, Fly Away was an 8, and Dragon Blade was 7/8/8

I have a question for you guys. Were So Deep and Mugen "beta 10s" for Double too? I would assume so, but I dunno. Just want to know for the sake of knowing.
