Interestingly enough, I believe that June 6th (one release date mentioned) is the date on which a new moon occurs.

i have an idea. you know there are times you look at the clock and it seems like time is going by slower possibly due to us looking at it? what if we just forget about ITG for the PS2? the majority of us have already pre-ordered it, Red Octane is going to send us a reciept in the E-mail stating when the gamer will ship. so the less we think about the game the sooner it will arrive. that's what i've been doing, i just tide myself over with ITG for Stepmania and going to the arcade a few times a week.

I heard now that "by the 12th" is another possible date becuase there is a tournament that day with copies of ITG-PS2 as the prize.

Gamestop now says available on the 8th, but they've been baiting us for a month so that probably means nothing.

To be completely honest, if I don't have it by mid-June I'm really tempted to kill my preorder, get a USB adapter, and play it on Stepmania and then buy the PS2 version whenever it comes out (assuming that a: it does come out and b: I haven't gotten bored by then.) (Believe me, really, deep down, I don't want to f*** over RedOctane and Roxor, I really don't.)

I don't. I've paid my cash, and I've seen games get delayed for way longer than ITG has been. People trusting/believing made up release dates that never came from Roxor aside, the game's only been pushed back once, and that's only been by a month. Perhaps if it was December I could understand the above comments, but for a first title I think it's understandble if not everything is plain sailing.
