People fail to realize music is addictive and powerful and everybody is compelled to it so how could you not want to invest time into DDR? Give them the finger when they call you OC.

Me? OCD? No. I am obsessive and I feel pretty uncomfortable around a DDR Machine and not able to play it, but it's not so severe that I start going crazy and such.
