Do you prefer Speed Mods or Not?

I use them once in a while for variation, but the only song I use them on regularly is Bag, which, I sadly can not pass unless its on at least x3

I use mostly 2x, screw 1.5x cause it sometimes can be slow, and as for 3x I use sometimes.

Speed mods are evil.I used them all the time then I went to a no mod tourny and I got owned.Never used them since!

anything <158 (xenon)=3x (including insertion..that end is fun at 660 bpm)
159-200ish=2x
everything else=1.5x

I use 1.5x most of the time. I basically use any multiplier that will get me closest to 300 bpm ... so if the song is 100 bpm, i'd use 3x, if the song was 150, i'd use 2x etc.

the speed of the arrows in songs around 300 bpm are ideal for me.

I'll go 1.5x if the song is under 125 bpm. Beyond that, I usually have no trouble reading the arrows. It's just hitting them that's a pain sometimes

110>3x>180

Yes i use 3x on anything faster then 110 and slower then 180. All 26 of my AAAs have been on 3x. Even fast stuff like Sync and Mobo Moga. Ill use 5x on anything under 110 thats not BIMP or Bag (8x)

for me i always go 1x. Although this dosent mean i hate on people who go 2 or 3x or whatever.. i agree people need it for purposes of PA, like AAAing stuff or simply AA and what not. But when it gets to the point where someone can pass something like Afronova on times 2, but cant even read a simple 8 footer times one and get a B.. thats wrong. thats when i frown at these people. But then again, its their money and their game.. the same has been mentioned for previous bar hugging topics. Each person does whatever he wants for his enjoyment.. but if youre trying to prove your skills to others, dont go around AAing songs on 2x and failing them without any mods.
