Pop dehydrates you faster because of the Caffiene that's normally pop... Sport drinks aren't that much better either. _________________

I usually just go down to Mcdonald's when it's not busy, and ask them for a cup, and usually one of the workers gives me one free. And I can still get refills  _________________

what??? its a sport drink, like gatorade, meant to keep u hydrated among other things. if ur not actually working hard though then the extra stuff in it just goes to sugar and fat and stuff, but learn what ur talking about. gatorade would be out of business pretty quick if it dehydrated u _________________

Those sport-drink calories are a concern, yes. Which is why i bring Propel. _________________

Touche'. why Refill with soda, when Mcdonalds now carries POWERADE! All the Powerade you want, for the price of one drink
Calories from sports drinks are of no concern to someone who will be playing DDR all night, those calories will be long gone. Thats the whole point of them. Them meaning sports drinks of course. _________________
