I think you're all the same on 7's and under and stuff
But you know that if he was in a tourney, he'd be picking 10's... _________________

now that there iamchris4life is really good... |
i hear he doesn't play at arcades because it's too difficult for him. probably got used to the HUGE console timing. |

No that's not true, I've seen a couple videos of him at the arcade. He AA'd PSMO and he only missed like 1 because of a pad miss
EDIT: and what do you mean the HUGE console timing?? _________________

No, he apparently lives a long way from the nearest DDR machine. However, he has 2 Greats on both 300 and Unlimited, as well as 1 Great/1 Miss on PSMO (all in the arcade). So no, the arcade is definitely not "too difficult for him". _________________

| In another thread, I wrote: | If you're looking at his GrooveStats, notice that he hasn't updated his scores since (as far as I can tell) last summer. Also notice that he says he lives 90+ miles away from the nearest DDR/ITG machine. I think he'd be a lot better at home because he plays there 99% of the time.
I'm not making any statement as to whether you're right or wrong; I'm just saying that iamchris4life's scores aren't a good example of the difference between arcade and home ITG. Why would there be such a large difference in difficulty between the two anyway? The timing window differences are negligible, and if ITG2 dedicabs are as good as everyone says they are, they should be (nearly) as sensitive as a CF. |

Both home and arcade ITG take getting used to. The timing difficulty is the same so that's not an issue. If you play at home constantly and maybe get to try the arcade once a month, youre gonna do bad in the arcade cause you aren't used to it. Similarly, someone who plays in the arcade constantly will also stumble if they never play at home and are given the average home setup. If chris had the whole arcade-a-5-minute-walk-away deal like so many of the best players have (and love to take for granted I always notice), his arcade scores would be just as impressive as his home scores.
Anyway, here's an idea... how bout some videos or pics of you doing uber hard keyboard simfiles instead of talking. Maybe then I and others might take you seriously when you imply that Chris's BMR's "A" video isn't impressive. Well still no, because what you can do doesn't make it any less impressive... assuming what you can do tops chris. _________________

Then why'd you have to go and say "that isn't that impressive"? I'm pretty sure you're familiar with his A video, and that you'd have the reasoning to figure that the person you responded to was referring to a Chris video of that caliber... _________________
