Saying that, this is the order of the 12s that I have passed.

So...um, I would say it's right in the middle. Not exactly easy...but definitely not the hardest.

The only 12's I've done are VerTex and Euphoria, in that order.

I've tried Hardcore of the North and Delerium.

HotN is just tiring, but the patterns aren't very complicated I think. Delerium I almost passed by the pads I play on are rather crappy so during the one stream with mostly left arrows it gave me so many NCs.

But that's just me. Euphoria isn't too complicated. I think once you've made it past the slow down section (and the jumps during the speed up) you've pretty much got it.
