Here it is and it's called Devil-Zukin!!  No wonder you didn't find it cause you were using the wrong name. Ghettoman-DDR has one too but it's a background drawing. Still cool though.
Just remember that if the google image doesn't work just ask. By the way Efrum The Retarded Rabbit would have been a better name for Bugs Bunny.  FamilyGuy rocks!!! |
It's pronounced alternatively in the DDR games so my bad.... So
Devil Zukins or Evil Zukins they both talk about the same characters.

Okay, I just played "Dont Clock Me", and its background is weird. It doesn't even make any sence. Its got the American Flag backwards with 2 dogs that have floating brains over their heads. WTF?!
