How do you refer to each of DDR's levels?

It's been a while since I was last here. Seems DDR is far from being the Rave these days. Atleast they still make new mixes!

Anyway I typically call the skill levels as follows

Beginner
Basic
Trick/Another
Maniac/SSR
S-Maniac/Oni

I call 9 foot songs(or 10~14 on the new scale) Cata(s) or Catastrophic
I call 10 foot songs(15~18 on new scale) MAXes or MAX level songs
