Go to bemanistyle and search for simfiles. Type in OMEGAspike for the author. Then do one of his insane ~3,500 step keyboard files for pad. That would be the greatest feat so far... except that no one really cares about that crap. Might as well work on getting a higher score on a file that is relatively normal on pad.

I want to AAA all of Extreme. I hate the "girl" card, but I don't think any chicks in the US have done it yet so it'd be nice to be the first. There are still girls who are a LOT better than me though. Just a fun goal to have. Even if I'm like, four years late.

I'd like to see someone quad all of the ITG officials. It'd make me like the game more. I don't like it that much because I'm a perfectionist and it bothers me that nobody has quadded some of the songs yet. It always makes me happy when someone comes along and quads a song that hasn't been quadded yet. That is very cool to me.

I don't care so much about passing things since I think timing is more impressive, BUT I can't do anything over a 13 so I DO think it's kind of cool to see people like JDongs go at things that are much, much harder than that. In socks.

I know this post is like two weeks old, but I wanted to tell you this:

I don't think ANYBODY should call "AAAing Extreme" as something old. It's a difficult feat to do, and not everyone can do it.

By all means try to do this and let us know how you do!

I salute expert girl players really tearing up the game. It's nice to see. I really miss the female players that frequented the scene where I used to play.

Quadding the Nightmare course in ITG. You thought Vertex^2 was hard? Now it has mods and three ridiculous songs with mods before it E10.gif

Quadding Nightmare intense would be pretty freakin' awesome.

Vertex^2 there though isn't actually made more difficult with mods. If anything, several parts provide a "handicap". The slowdowns are sped up, and the speed ups are slowed down. The only real annoyance is the fact that it goes to "reverse".

Every song has different feet. Example: Max 300 Super-Max-Me-Mix:
# of feet: 10 Why? Because I can't get AAA on this!!!

The song with the most difficult feet is Healing D-Vision because:
1. skips are included in this song (Difficult,Expert,Challenge)
2. goes at normal speed at the beginning,....
2b. goes 2x faster at the end.
3. so dang hard!!!!!!
4. can't get AAA!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure every DDR song's been passed (Has PRO doubles been passed yet?)

Everyone has their own new feat. For example, yours might be to pass MAX 300, mine is to AAA a 10.

The ultimate feat on DDR would be to pass (or even AAA) Pluto Relinquish Oni doubles IMO.

ITG is limitless though

Until DDR and ITG are totally done for, there will never be "the most difficult feat" because people are always making harder songs and harder stepcharts.

Calimist makes every thread involving "what is the hardest thing ever" moot.

He just does.

The most amazing feat in the DDR world is if for just one day, everyone cuts the crap and plays everything on 1x no mods, no bar, and doesn't FAIL at it.

Like if every machine was magically turned into 5thMIX or older for a day, so there were no stupid handicaps to cheat with. (other than little, but come on.)

It's never going to happen, because players today just suck too hard. Sure you can read 1000BPM... but can you just start a game and play it without modding it? If you NEED the mod, it's called a HANDICAP aka A CRUTCH. That pretty much means even if you quad-star songs, but cant do it without the bar and 6x, then you basically suck, no matter how cool the AAA's and tri-stars look on paper.

I can play every 10 in Extreme and earlier on doubles no bar 1x.
Does that mean I get a cookie?

Awesome!! I love cookies, mmhhhmmmm deliciousness E13.gif

On a serious note, I'd like to see someone FC Vertext² or Nightmare Intense doubles.
The singles chart is easy compared to that, like holy poopy.

I can do PFB, Energizer, !, Over the Rave, Hasse Miche.
I've done a set of 13s and still can't get the V².
I've gotten close 3-4 times.

Getting new shoes since the local place no longer allows barefoot play because the owner is a cunt.
Going from heavy heeled 14+ oz shoes to 5ish oz shoes should help E1.gif

Hmm, his movements are sure minimal enough, but theres no real way to tell if its real. I'd like to believe it, but he doesn't look nearly tired enough at the end there....sounds bad but only a full 2 hour clip of him would convince me.

Go tri-star the One More Lovely edit, then come back and say that again.
