i know its probablly been asked a million times, but is there a way to enable roll arrows in step mania v3.9 and if so how do i do it. i downladed the step mania v4 cvs and while the roll arrows work i can not stand the note skins and all of my custom note skins are messed up.

It's easy. All you have to do is download Stepmania 3.9+
