Ok, i was playing itg a few days ago. Our local mall has 2 ITG machines, one at the arcade (where i mostly play) and the other one is at the movie theatre (barely anyone plays on). So i played several rounds of itg, then take a short break and head to the movie theatre to play a couple rounds with my friend (who has the machine for himself). First, , i inserted my usb and it worked but didnt load my custom songs. The second time i inserted the usb, i get the "NoName" on my usb. After that, i head back to the arcade and play my last game, but once i inserted my usb i get the cross sign on my usb tag name which i find it weird cuz my usb works at the arcade most of the time and barely have any problems with it.

When i get home, i opened the usb on my computer and all i find is that my usb is completely empty inside. Nothing. Did the machine at the movie theatre erased my data?? Does anyone know how i can restore my data? i find this problem really bizarre, so does anyone know whats wrong?

Don't play with the NoName.. it deletes all your data :S That might be your problem.

Actually the NoName data gets thrown away like temporary storage.
Even if you play on it i believe.

We have the same problem cept our data doesn't get erased.

You better start backing up your file on your harddrive.

You could try restarting the machine.

What sucks is most of us players are powerless to fix these problems.
