That is freaking horrible... I did submit a transparent png and it looks nothing like that. I suggest you demand them for a refund...

Wow that really sucks, i sure hope all the shirts ordered don't come out like that.

I mean there's not even a single pixel existent around the small metal arrows themselves, but there's freaking white spots around them all on the shirt. Do they even look at what the hell they're sending to people?

Yeah the quality on that is pretty bad, I would definetly contact the company and complain because it looks nothing like the picture.

They have white area around the splatter in the background. The color of the splatter is also different from the image you posted in this thread. And not only that but the white area that was around the arrows in the image in this thread has somehow been turned black while some kind of purple color surrounds the arrows as a whole. I don't even know how they achieved the screwup they did. You have to contact them within 48 hours of receiving the shirt to get the problem fixed, but they mention nothing about refunds. I worry the bastards will try to disregard me if they don't respond within that period. I tried to send an email last night but my internet conveniently went down. I'm sending one now.

It would help my argument if you could provide the image you uploaded onto the site for them to use.

I didn't bother to mention earlier that the jackasses labeled my package Barry Owen, when my name is Owen Berry, which irritated my right off the bat. It shouldn't that hard to get the name correct when I filled out a form that should have been plain as day. It's not like I told them over the phone or anything. I hate it when people do that.

Get your shirts on Cafepress instead? I've ordered DDR shirts from them before, and they came out perfect each time.

Yes I myself have ordered from cafepress myself for a pump it up shirt i made and it came out good. The only thing i don't like about it is that they have such a small print area =[ I will probably be moving my shop over there though.I will wait a little to see how the other buyer's shirts came out. Also you should try calling them instead of e-mail, they have a phone on their site. Also i don't think providing my design will be necessary. You can even get a little transparent version of it from their site: if you go to buying premade products, mine are all around there on the top buys. You could see that they have white backgrounds (the site's, so it's really actually transparent) and that they look exactly like the ones i posted here. Not to mention that on the shirt previews they also have perfectly fine transparent backgrounds with no pixelated bullshit around the corners.

Yeah, I know. I'd like to see the Pump shirt, by the way. I might be interested in ordering that if you put it up somewhere decent. I've yet to receive a reply from those asses, I assume they're waiting until the 48 hour period is past so they can claim I didn't get to them in time to rectify the problem.

Finalarcadia, I received a reply, and they do indeed want a copy of the image with both a black and a white background. I guess they're going to try to screw me over and blame me.

"Mr. Berry

Can you please resend me your artwork? One on a black background and one on a white background?

Thank you,

Julie Pitts

Customer service"

My email was quite indicative of the fact that I ordered the shirt from a shop and didn't create it. Regardless, I'm guessing if I don't provide this, they're going to just say it's my fault and I have to settle with what I got.

They're supposed to send me a new shirt. I have my doubts that it will be any better, but we'll see. Hopefully they don't send me a shirt where there is a background printed with the image because of what they requested. I'm thinking that maybe the reason it was so shitty is because they must have converted the PNG image that was upload to a JPG and then tried to get rid of the background again with poor results.

I received a replacement today. It is as good as I expected. I still wouldn't order from them again, though, knowing that I'd end up going through that ordeal again.

EDIT FOR PICS:

The pictures don't show the quality as well as it is in real life. I shouldn't have ordered the shirt so big, though. I didn't realize I'd end up with something this loose.

EDIT: Post pics if possible when you receive your shirts, Finalarcadia. I want to know if the Xuxa one turns out well enough to be worth ordering.

Hate to bump a truly ancient topic, but the guy never posted again here. Maybe shamed that he made people buy shirts that ended up sucking. After all, the image started wearing off the shirt after a few washes and I ended up not wearing it anymore.

Anyway, I found a Xuxa shirt on another site:
http://www.zazzle.com/xuxa_duck_itg_mines_itg_t_shirt-235093414878224873
Obviously just leary of making the same mistake as last time.

Edit: Didn't notice Finalarcadia eventually made a new topic. I had left the site by then
