Well, my other questions appeared to have been too hard, so I'll post a different one.
You may consider yourself to be... *cough*... "elite" if you full-combo what Marathon course?
Note: This does not refer to the difficulty of the course.

Actually, it was Getting Started Intense. I should have been more explicit; I meant that the passing difficulty of the course itself was irrelevant, not the difficulty level. Sorry about that.
Anyway, Getting Started Intense has a max combo of 1337, so yes, that's the correct answer.
