I hate to tell all of you here....But DDR is dead along with anyother dancing game.
I hate it as much as you, but its time has come and gone.
That being said; it doesnt mean you have to quit playing it. I play games for the fun factor no matter what is in style or not.
But all the "new DDR" arcade machines and hype are gone.

By "new", are you referring to Megamix and stuff? Because if you are I don't understand. Megamix is the greatest mix ever!
But really, how is it going out of style?

Yeah seriously, haven't DDR and ITG only gained popularity in the recent past. With people who still find the game fun, it will never go out of style.

DDR will die when NES dies.

That's to say, it will always be looked at as "the game that started the work out game craze" and will be revisted on occasion even in 2015.

anyhow, on DDRs 10 year anniversary i plan on staying home and playing DDR 24 hours straight. From 12 AM to 12 AM. idk when the official date is, i'll just say the day the 2008 console mix comes out.

I just hope it would be the first DDR mix in history that would enable NON-DDR residents to make a DDR original -- yes, as in, like the time dj TAKA made Quickening for Dance Maniax --but this time around, specifically for DDR.

It's just that I've noticed that since Kakumei was recently determined that it's a DDR Original once and for all, I've noticed that the artists listed were "dj. TAKA with NAOKI." Another example was with Vanity Angel by The Fixx, as The Fixx is a group that consisted of TaQ and Naoki. As everybody knows, Taka and TaQ are IIDX residents (although the latter left Konami).
