Can a mod please make a sticky in Chit-Chat that the videos are down, and have been down? There was yet another video question today, and, since Chit-Chat is usually the first forum people go to, most people ignore the stick y in this forum.

I would think the odds of someone reading a sticky in Chit-Chat about the videos being down are about as low as that same person reading about it in Site Feedback first.

EDIT - I've got a better idea.
