Current time: 3PM Pacific time. Call me crazy, but I would go so far as to call this a Disney hour |

I think you should have polls on our favorite song, and at Every hour, you play it. _________________

Iguanagrrl, I really liked what you did a while back about playing all the songs from first mix on up. That was cool!! I'd love to see it done again. _________________

FYI:
It appears that Live365 is having some pretty massive buffering issues this morning, basically rendering the stream unreachable.
I'm not sure if the issue is due to how I'm routing to Live365 or the site itself is having issues.
I would imagine that this is probably a network wide issue, considering that I can barely browse the site today as well. _________________

It's not you, I know of another station having the same issues...
This happened a couple weeks ago overnight once, probably will fix itself in about 3 hours if it's like last time.
edit: actually, i was just able to get into the site and it appears there's streams outgoing to listeners right now so you should be able to get back in _________________

That's really odd, I wonder if it is just certain providers then. Because I was having issues at home this morning when I was doing a status check on live365. That's SureWest though that I have at home, not sure if they go through the same point somewhere down the routing pipeline...
But here at work, although I can't listen to live365, I can browse the site, and the site seems to be working just fine and does show listeners in stream currently on other stations... (there's probably some on ddrfreak too then)... still weird! _________________

Chances are, it's just a single hop that is bogged down. I used to see it all the time back in my JPSNet/OneMain/Earthlink days... people would call in complaining that they couldn't reach a site when we could reach it perfectly fine - it was all because of the difference in routing.
I would imagine that this is probably affecting SBCglobal/Pac Bell customers on the west coast and that's about it, if even that. Probably just a single server that needs a swift kick in the pants.
*waits patiently*

After a bit of a delay, the DDR Extreme files have been uploaded and are a part of the regular playlist!
I'll be adding the nonstop probably today, look for it in future days.
Other future additions: IIDX 8th style, GF 8th/DM7th. _________________

You need not worry... the changes that have been made to DDR Freak radio's profile have been for the better if anything. It appears that due to the changes on Live365's package system, we will now have nearly double the space we currently have (which will allow me to replace some files I'd removed - like the nonstops) and will allow up to 100 non-preferred listeners at any point in time (which is more than sufficient for our needs).
rampage: thanks for the heads up! _________________
